of the most common programming languages used to create and design websites and
pages. This type of programming language is known as a markup language, which

CSS
CSS is a
compatible language that helps to style HTML markup code. CSS styles for a page
are often called between HTML tags. This style of page layout is very useful
because it allows the website builder to change all the same HTML elements on
the page without the need to change them individually. It allows developers to
save time and experiment with a new design style with ease.
JavaScript
JavaScript is similar to
other traditional programming languages of the computer but allows Internet
users to do certain things on the website and interact with the content. The
writing language uses function calls and supports specific design features. It
can be used offline, for example, in PDF documents. This language should not be
confused with the same noisy language, Java.
PHP
PHP is a prerocessor,
server-side language. Server-side language means that all processing is done on
the server rather than inside the browser. The server processes a Web page
before it is displayed to the user. The PHP code can be embedded within a
standard HTML document or used as a standalone file. Both cases require the
server to be installed on one of the latest PHP platforms.
